Ended up sleeping in today, didn't make it to the gym until 11 as opposed to the usual ~9:00 time. Thankfully, the gym wasn't too packed-- Was able to get a decent, slightly leg focused, work out in!

4x10 rows (60-65-70-75)
10-8-6-4 squat (95 115 130 150)
4x8 side db curls (20s)
3x20 back lat db raises (15s)
10-8-6-4 seated leg press (160-175-185-200)
16-12-10-8 leg extension (40-50-60-70)
3x15 calf extension (55-60-65)
3x20 ab crunches (55-60-55)

Definitely was a little sore walking the stairs back up to my apartment, but overall it was a good workout! Happy with the squat weight especially, I definitely should squat more but the squatrack is just so competitive to actually get a hold of at my gym
