My last workout for the logs for this class! I'm hoping to continue with some sort of workout log on my running-log.com account (http://www.running-log.com/calendar?athleteid=62565). This workout also coincided with day one of me tracking my day for the leadership assignment, so I know I was at the gym from exactly 10:26 to 11:25. Not to get to that level of specificity for this entire log, my workout included:

10x10 db curl each arm (20)
4x10 db shoulder press (20)
4x12 db back lat raise (15)
4x8 MTS shoulder press (30 40 35 35)
3x20 ab crunch (55 60 60)
1 mile on the treadmill.

Overall the workout felt good- My arms were definitely giving out by the time I made it to the shoulder press though. Run hurt a little bit in the right foot so I cut the distance short.
