Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with dylan for some of it. Ran on SLT grass for most. the temp was 86, but it was humid with heat index of 96. I felt like I had a charging strong stride the entire time, but it wasn't fast until the last 1.5 miles, which were at about 6:20 pace. The grass was pretty thick and the footing was poor for much of it. My shorts were saturated with sweat after about 50 minutes. a solid run.----didn't feel beat-up at the end, but this was the first run in about a week that I felt run-down tired at the start.

it's nice to run with someone because you forget about how you feel and end up running pretty hard becuase of it.
