Bapsfontein Hotel Park Run

Comments:
A new park run for me. No hills to speak of, but track was a little rough and muddy in places. I quite enjoyed it and pleased to do my best 1km split on the final kilometre. Also pleased to get under 40 minutes, especially as I had to have a 'p' break!
