I didn't get much sleep but it felt good to get moving. My legs were pretty sore but my left leg wasn't too bad. I can finally stand up and push off of my left leg when biking and it doesn't hurt. I set the gears a little harder, im actually not to sure if the milege is correct or not. I wanted to map it out on that websidte coach sent us but for some reason its not working.

Anyways it was a good bike, i just need more sleep!
