So we did 2 intervals of 1000m, just so we could check what it would feel like for the high schoolers.  We - my fam, my high school team, and believe it or not, MISS BLAUSHILD!!, are going to cross-country camp next weekend!  So excited!
I was feeling tired in the first few miles and I slowed down at the end of the interval on the hill part.  I was feeling kind of awesome after my altitude session so I was happy that I could be cut down to size a little!  :-)  I'm not sure how my legs feel right now - like they need stretched or they're excited for pre-season or something.  Touchy, maybe.  Maybe it's my newly-aquired red blood cells swimming around, Magic School Bus style...
