Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 12x200 on mayfield hill with Kurt, Chris, and Drew. First 4 we went hard the first half then coasted, next 4 we did the opposite, and last 4 were hard the whole way. Wasn't a bad workout at all, and felt pretty good the whole time. Walked almost a mile on the indoor track afterwards. And Jeremy threw one of the 35 pound weight throw weights through the backboard and shattered it. It was awesome.
