Comments:
With Drew, Brett, and CKell. Mayfield hill with mile warmup and cooldown. 12x200m hill, first 4 the first 100m was hard and then we cruised the next 100m, the second 4 were the opposite and the last 4 were all out. Not bad glad the week is over.
