Comments:
Second (Not) Park Run of the week. Low mileage week, but a much improved run, both on last Sunday, when I felt really crap and Friday's run. Felt much stronger and fitter and that I was running within myself. Walked, even when I didn't feel like it and still go under 8min/km. Happy with this.
