Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This was the route that I ended up running. Same as yesterday, but it ended at the guys house to watch the rest of the game.

Overview of the run. St Anthony Main = good. Memorial parkway = bad (would be good in the summer if the trees were green and I wasnt running on ice) Thedore wirth parkway = good Golden Valle rode = bad (terrible footing)
I got pretty tired with 2 miles to go, probably should have brought some sort of fuel with me. I never really stopped either. Once or twice to look at the maps to make sure I was going the right way since this was all new to me. Calves were sore as hell, but that always happens when I race in spikes. Overall though, good run.
EDIT
Three milestones were hit this week. First week over 60 miles since high school, first run over 13? miles since high school (first true long run, I'd say), first track race since high school (with a quasi decent time too)
Anyways, I'd figure I'd throw down some goals too for the season. They are pretty fast, but I think entirely doable. I think the 5K is the toughest one on here.
3K: 8:50
Mile/1500: 4:19/3:59
5K: 14:59
800M: 1:56
Not to terribly motivated about the 800, mostly because I don't plan on racing that many of them. I don't really plan on doubling at any meets this season. No team aspect, no point. I'd rather just go in and concentrate on one race and do my best in that without having to worry about another race 2 hours later.
