Comments:
2 mile warmup 2 mile cooldown 10 mile fartlek, first 3 miles of cherokee was 800 hard 400 easy, then next 7 were 400 hard 400 easy, felt rought on the last 2 800's felt rough on last 4 400's but I felt good on the last 400 closed in 78, total time 61.06 or somethin like that.
