Comments:
Had a reasonably good run considering that I had an upset stomach last night, probably due to the very cheesy enchalaida's and was actually throwing up. Felt OK this morning & heart rate was normal, so did my run. I expected it to be very slow, but did a better time than the same route on Tuesday.
