Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Although not my worst time over 10km, it certainly wasn't a comfortable run. My left lower leg muscle was pulling from about 3km, causing some discomfort and had some lower back pain towards the end. Without that, I probably could have done a much better time - certainly no problems with being out of breath. But distance done.
