Comments:
I worked hard in July and am satisfied. I need to keep paying attention to the right ankle which remains puffy. I've been good about push ups and can do 35 non-stop every other day. Should alternate days of 2-3 sets of 25-30 with 35 and maybe max out at a set of 40 before the end of the month. Need to keep up with long runs nearly every week and should add some short speed to help turnover and to prepare for alumni challenge. Mileage doesn't need to go above 40, but could. I also shouldn't drop below 30.
