Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Longest run since Two Oceans in April. I am certainly pleased how good I feel, although let's be frank, I really took it easy. Didn't want to hit the wall and wanted to make sure that I could do the distance comfortably, with no real time considerations. Both goals achieved, so Phobians 15 in two weeks should be doable!
