Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Just an easy 3.5 miles... no set pace or time for actual run, BUT the kicker is, after the run, I would like you to find a short hill you can run up.

Run up hill moderately fast focusing on high knees and good arm swing for 20 to 30 seconds.
Jog or walk back down.

Let's do about 4 or 5 of these. No need for splits but just lmk if you get them in pleeeze;)

The main idea is to focus on form and quick feet but again, these are NOT all out sprints or anything...
