Comments:
From Carol's down English and across Washington to Lakeville. Took the trail to Sonoma Mountain parkway with a detour along the freeway for a couple minutes. Turned at 29 minutes and returned in 26 at what felt like a harder clip but was probably just me getting tired. A solid run.
