Went to Apollo with Kaitlin, Pate, Jesse and Lee. My legs are really sore from Saturday. 6 miles may have been too much after taking off 2 weeks. I decided to work my arms and legs. 2 legs 3 X 15; and 3 arms 3 X 15. 200 crunches.
