Comments:
Ran up Brookville and intercepted Arthur Herman in front of the Kirsch estate. Meandered into Bethesda and back, parting with him at the Brookville Market. Nice nostalgia, gentle pace, mild weather. Legs felt fresh, but I was maybe a bit worn out from yesterday's colonoscopy.
