Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Quite possibly my best run of the year so far. Gave myself the rather "lofty" goal of getting under 2 hours and achieved it, despite being behind the goal pace for most of the race. A 7:13km for the 13th km was the catalyst for getting in on time! Slow start - felt stiff and cold but as I warmed up, the running became much better. Still need to work on the speed, as I think I can do better.
