Comments:
Slow, easy My Run as a recovery from yesterday's 15km. Really enjoyed the trot in the cool outdoors. Just love this venue. Lower mileage for this week than planned - the first time in 7 weeks that I've missed the mileage goal, but feeling a lot fitter.
