Comments:
Warmup was about 15 min, then we did a 1.5 mile time trial through the trails. The shade was nice, but it was still pretty hot. I felt alright...I wish I could close that gap and I know I should be able too but I dont know, should have worked a bit harder. Then did a 12 minute cooldown.
