Indoor long run

Comments:
Started off focusing on doing 4 and seeing if I could go longer. Didn't take as long to warm up at slow speed and was able to maintain under 10 min miles for middle to end of run and kept going for 5 mls. Felt really good, stride felt right and not too labored. Yeah!!! Best run since early December.
