Workout on MLK day morning. Pretty much the same as last monday.
4x200: all 30-31
2x400: 65, 60
600: 1:35
4x200: 28, 28, 27, 25
Felt really good on the whole workout until the last 200, where my right hammy really tightened up. I still ended up running pretty fast but I really should've just pulled up. Hopefully it clears up soon. They've been kinda tight for a few weeks, but it hasn't been any more than normal soreness until today.
