Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Looking for an easy 30 min run,…don’t care how slow.
BUT either within the run or After the run, let’s try to find a hill we can push up for about 30 seconds.
Run up hill moderately fast. Pace well bc 30 seconds is looong!!! Focus on straight arms, staying tall, high knees etc.
Walk down hill
Let’s do 5 of these!!
