SICK didn't run
Either today or tomorrow, this is priority workout of the week.
I know you got backed up some woth soccer;)
Warm up .5 mile easy....
Then I Want to do 3 to do 3x .75 mile progressive intervals...
So that’s 3 laps on a track but can obviously use gps
Start first .25 easy to moderate (maybe 9 pace)
2nd .25 moderate
3rd .25 faster
Rest 2 to 3 min in between each .75 interval
If you can hit split in watch and show me screen shot of each .25 on garmin that woukd be great.
Cooldown easy as you feel...
Remember paces will depend on hills, terrain, weather etc.!
