Comments:
2 x 5 miles at around marathon pace, between 6:16 and 6:38 min/mile pace. 2 X 2 miles at the second half was slower, between 6:38 and 7:00 min/mile pace. The had low energy toward the end. I definitely did not fuel enough last night. The easy portions were between 6:52 and 7:30 min/mile pace.
