It’s the good ol mile cutdown!! Been too long.. lol
So warm up .25 easy
Run 1 mile fast (I think anything close to 8 would be great)
Rest 3 min
Run .75 miles a tad faster
Rest 3 min
Run .5 miles faster
Rest 3 min
Run .25 miles faster
So we haven’t done this in a bit but it’s always a great staple to come back to.
Remember on the track it’s 4,3,2,1 laps !!
