Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
The first 11 miles were at 8:00 min/mile pace. The second 5 was a tempo run between 6:30 and 7:05 min/mile pace. After a mile at 8;30 min/mile, we ran the last 5 miles at about 6:45 min/mile pace. I felt pretty good despite the increasingly warm weather. I was coaching.
