Comments:
Mark picked me up at 5:50 and we ran to meet Alex and Jesse (first time in a year). Looped Tenley for a bit and then picked up Sam at his house. Took a very mellow jog (Mark peeled off) around the Ft. Reno loop twice. Then I ran with Alex down Neb to Windom before turning for home. Finished with a smooth 7:20 mile. Nice start to the day. Flying to ME this afternoon.
