Weather: 50s, not too muddy
Comments:
1 1/2 mi warm-up. Lots of static and dynamic stretching. Tried to simulate my upcoming race, but footing was really bad. Hope it wont be this bad in 3 weeks. Stumbled several times, twisted ankles, fell once. Pushed it on uphills and flats where footing permitted. Felt like a good workout and preperation for the race, but not exausting. Got the summit right at sunset. Terrific. Two mile cooldown afterwards.
