Comments:
Felt good for the first two miles, so decided to go longer. Felt meh at 3 mile, so I stopped at 3.5 for a break. pace was pretty quick, plus warm weather/sun. Wind was at my back for the first 3.5 miles. Ran another 1.5 then stopped and walked a while. Decided to run 1 more mile just to get it in.
Blah, got it in but not my best day.
Splits: 7:50, 7:34, 7:54, 8:11, 8:16.
Single mile: 8:30.
