Captain Bug

Weather: Nice weather, 60s

Comments:
After an afternoon of parent conferences, I connect with Bug and ran up Wisc to intercept him as a beautiful sunset was occurring around 5pm. Turned into Somerset, looped the Little Falls Trail and jumped onto the Crescent. Turned around at the tunnel and eventually bailed at Dorsett as it was too dark for blind bug to see. Spilt up from him at Wisc and finished from Oliver and Wisc in 4:51. Crescent splits were initially around 7:36 and dropped to 7:20s. It was nice to feel good and get a quality run without ever feeling like I was working too hard.
