Comments:
After both Abigail Howell and Carolyn Rosenthal bailed on runs due to twisted ankles, I ended up just walking 1.5 miles with Abigail and visiting with Carolyn and Will in our living room. Then had Laura, Denise, Holly over for a late lunch. Eventually slipped out for a mellow few miles alone... unhappy due to there not being leaves to catch, but happy because I ran around the golf course at dusk. From Conn up Livingston to home was 2:12
