Comments:
Met Jeff Elias at the HS at 2:30. Ran to Sacred Leaf Grounds, extending into trail, and finished up Glover. Pace was chill and legs were a bit tired, presumably from the morning run. Convinced Jeff to come to the start of practice which was appreciated by his audience and me.
