Did a 10:06 minute warm up (1.47 miles), then stretched and did speed development with 6 striders. Then I did 8x200m with 40 seconds rest. All of them were in between 30-32 seconds with the last one right at 29 seconds. Then I did a 20 minute cool down (2.47 miles)
