Comments:
Felt OK for the first 5 miles, the hills got me. My quads were tight and heavy. Some knee pain. Mostly I was just really mentally weak. I stopped and walked at least 6-7x. Not proud of it. Feel kind of like a failure.
Splits: 8:14, 8:11, 8:03, 8:10, 8:33, 9:07, 9:06, 8:57, 8:26, 9:14, 8:37, 9:22, 8:31.
