HOT run

Weather: 99, super humid. heat index 111

Comments:
It was super hot on this one. heat index was 111 when I walked out the door at 6:30pm. Very slow, sluggish, hot, and tough for the first 40 minutes, then things got a little more manageable, but it was still the sort of temperature that crosses into a dangerous level. When it's that far over body temperature, even resting doesn't provide relief. ANyways, cut this one shorter than I had intended (wanted to get 14) and went slow. It was a survival run, though.
