My first outdoor run of the winter! Trying to prepare to run St. Paul frozen half on Saturday. Shit, that's cold. but warmed up rather quickly, finding it hard to run anything but full-speed, which feels bad, like I can't get comfortable at a reasonable pace. I think that has something to do with abdominal strength. need to do sit-ups and yoga!!! no idea what the time was but if forced I would guess 8:30s. but the treadmill has totally fucked my sense of pace. SO nice to have some scenery.
