Comments:
Awoke at 3:45am. Flew from Dulles at 6:15. Dim Sum in the car ride from SF to Petaluma, CA. "Christmas Morning" with all of Lew's family and then a steady run down and back along Lynch Creek Trail with John after a 10 minute nap and before "Christmas Dinner." Pace was very restrained, but stride and feet felt strange. Long but enjoyable day.
