Looking for some intervals again today!!!
These are longer then last month though

Warm up .5 mile easy...

Stretches and strides please!


Then run 2x 1k which is .62 miles or 2 and 1/2 laps moderately fast with a COMPLETE 2 min rest in between

These can’t be all out bc you have more!( Maybe mid to high pace to start)

Next run 2x 600m or .36 miles moderately fast with 2 min rest in between.

Lastly run 2x 300m fast (.18 miles) with 2 min rest in between.


This is harder then it looks. Let’s just take one at a time!??Cooldown 1 mile easy
