Let’s shoot for today to be a 35 min run with the following surges every 4 min.
1:15
1 min
45 sec.
30 sec.
So run 4 min easy , surge 1:15,
run 4 min easy, surge 1 min…,
And all the way down to 30
Surges are not like intervals…just a notch faster!!
