Comments:
I've done most of what I planned last month. Now it is time to look further ahead.
Week of 1-16:
45 miles, One long run, 1-2 short speed workouts (fartlek with team plus maybe a downward ladder of some sort?)
Week of 1-23:
45 miles, One long run, 2 workouts (one longer and one pure speed)
Week of 1-30:
40+ miles, Race the indoor mile at TJ?, early in the week run 4x400 or more
Week of 2-6:
50 miles, one long run, One longer workout like repeat miles on Crescent
Week of 2-13:
45-55 miles, One long run with Dojo, Maybe some time trial pacing?
Week of 2-20:
Another 50+ week?, One long run, one longer workout
Re-evaluate at this point. Would be great to get in 3-4 weeks over 50, but can't sweat it. Long runs in the 12-16 range in Feb and early March would be good. Maybe I need to find partners for the workouts? Jen, Ettinger, Matt, Mark, Jackson, Zeke, etc
