Weather: 75 F & 68% Humidity - Nice breeze

Comments:
Ran 8 miles Sunday morning. Ate oatmeal and glass of OJ. Stretched 10 minutes prior to run. Headed south on Charles River along Boston side. Water stop at 1.4 miles, 3.6 miles. At mile 5 drank 8 oz of lemonade and took 10 minute break. Ran north towards MOS and looped back. Overall, finished my first long run and didn't kill myself. Average pace was 10:01.
