Comments:
Sluggish run today. It was nice and sunny out though I can feel spring creeping in. I think it was just one of those day to work it out. Also I was really hungry. Ran down Wasson and came back Erie. Got it in though thats what matters. Getting ready to be back on the grind.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Much better stretch and roll today. I wasn't too tight running actually. Legs are pretty tired now though.
