Weather: 40s and a cold, strong wind

Comments:
Dropped Anna at an appointment and explored the trail off of Leesburg Pike and the woods alongside a creek as well as the neighborhood up towards and along Old Courthouse Road. Took a lot of focus to stretch this to 4 miles, and the cold wind was very disruptive. Still, I got in a run after having called off the Crawlers outing due to lack of motivation, fatigue, and a heavy rain.
