Comments:
Ran to Mustang's house and picked him up. Went through RCP and exited on Whittier trail, continuing east on Whittier and Van Buren until Blair Road. Turned right and went south, veering onto Kansas or some diagonal. Eventually headed back west on a series of roads including Kennedy, past the tennis center and down to Beach. Finished up Rittenhouse and home alone after dropping off Matt. I'd hoped for an hour and was pleased to see I easily made it past 10. Felt fine, although still slow from the long run Saturday. Nice to start the week with some mileage.
