Comments:
Got lazy and short on time, so instead of running to and from, I drove to meet Katherine at her house as she's in town on jury duty. Wandered through East Bethesda, around the NIH trail, and through Edgemoor before looping back to her house and rushing off to see my brother's movie. Early afternoon run meant lunch was still heavy in my gut. Loosened up some, but never felt in sync. Running with the Caveman was good. Steve's movie, "What we do next," was also good.
