First 6 miles were between 7.5 and 8.8 mph. The next 4 miles were between 9.0 and 10.2 mph. The next mile was back to 8.0 mph. The next 2.5 were between 8.0 and 10.5 mph. The last 0.5 miles was a cooldown at 8.0 mph. I started too fast too soon and became fatigued.
