Comments:
Tristan Colaizzi was in town for a conference and nicely drove his blue jalopy up from Alexandria to meet at my house at 8. We meandered a bit through the sprint track and past Russell at the GDS front doors before running the Crime Scene Loop for old-times sake. Last mile from Tenley to home was 7:15. It was nice to catch up and the run felt pretty good, albeit a bit labored coming up through BK.
